Chivers Jammy Twisters


These fruity Twisters can be made with your leftover pastry trimmings or a handy pack of ready made pastry.  Quick and easy to make and the perfect breakfast option for the whole family.

  • 8-9 tablespoons of Chivers Jam for filling – We love to use Chivers Raspberry or Blackcurrant Jam
  • 1 pack of ready made chilled puff pastry or pastry trimming when baking
  • 1 egg beaten – for glazing
  • Icing Sugar – for dusting


  • Preheat your oven to 180c (fan assisted)
  • Divide the dough into 2 sections.
  • Roll out each section into a thin rectangle.
  • Spread one section with Chivers jam, then lay the other section flat over the top of the jam and gently roll or press them together.
  • Cut into 2cm sections longways and then gentle twist each strip before placing on baking tray.
  • Before popping into the oven, glaze each Twister with the beaten egg
  • Bake for 15 minutes.
  • Remove from oven and allow to cool completely before removing from tray.
  • Sprinkle with icing sugar and enjoy!
