2 tbsp Chivers Raspberry Jam
1 punnet of fresh Raspberries
300ml whipping cream
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 heaped tsp icing sugar
4 ready made meringue nests, roughly crushed
In a mixing bowl, whisk the cream, vanilla extract and icing sugar until it forms soft peaks.
Gently fold in the Chivers Raspberry Jam, crushed meringues and ¾ of the raspberries.
Divide the mixture between the serving glasses and dress with the remaining raspberries.
You can then simply pop these into the fridge until you are ready to serve.
Serving Tip: Why not add a few sprinkles of popping candy to each dessert before serving – just for fun!
